The Interview Time

The interview is not a bogeyman, but can devour their good chances to get a job or relocate to the highly competitive job market.
More difficult to get a job nowadays is to get a good interview.  Therefore, this great opportunity to be well spent.
How to dress? As the company dress.  There is “a costume pattern” for the interview. There are clothes that make the candidate look like the company.  There are companies in which we work in jeans and polo shirt, there are companies in which the costume is a suit.  And how do you prepare?  In two ways.  The first is talking to people working in the company.  To understand the working environment and know what is required of developers.  The second is accessing the company’s website.  There are the values, history and the numbers that fill the company with pride.  Thus, any interviewer’s question may be answered with a phrase that connects a candidate’s ability to feature a company.  The “ideal candidate” is not always what has the best resume.  Normally, you should be finding more common ground between what he is and what the company wants a good candidate.
And the magic question?

No interviewer will create a unique series of questions for each candidate.  Therefore, there are some recurring questions in interviews.  The candidate should be goal of the answers, without exaggerating or extend others. Some examples of questions and answers:
