How to develop a good curriculum for trainee

Currently the competition to find an internship is very large.  Companies receive many resumes and the first activity of the Department of Recruitment and Selection is to select the curricula.  Only the best curriculum will pass this first stage.  Thus, the candidate should seek the training to learn all the techniques that will facilitate your success in this first round stage and be called for interview.

The greater the number of interviews increased the chances for placement.  So here are some tips:
1 – Establish your professional and personal goals.
2 – Define your area of expertise.
3 – Discover the skills and abilities needed for the area.
4 – List the skills and abilities you have and that make it a good candidate.
5 – Summarize your professional accomplishments related to those skills and abilities.
6 – List the places where he worked, studied and institutions where courses taken.
A good resume should be objective and well written.  If you have something to focus on, such as fluency in another language, put it just below the goal.
Follows an order suggestive of things that normally contains a curriculum

Personal data:Name (highlighted); complete address including zip code, telephone number, e-mail, Nationality, Age, Marital Status.  DO NOT PUT NUMBER OF DOCS.
Purpose:Enter a desired position or if you prefer the area.
Qualifications:List with the appropriate keywords describing your qualifications.  Create alternative terms or phrases not to be repetitive. Outlines his training and key skills, experiences and achievements, related to the job you want.  Be brief, be self-praise or give preference to personal characteristics and subjective.  They also cite their familiarity with computers and internet.
Professional History:Mention the name of the last 3 companies where he worked, always the most current to oldest.  Include the branch of the company and positions held, and the period of work and activities.  Do write in the first and third person “ran / ran.”  Prefer “execution.” Express the results of their actions as eg, increased sales volume of customer, etc., always quoting numbers, percentages, etc..  This gives more impact to the curriculum.
Academic trainingMention the name of the institution, course and year of completion, or who is attending.  If you have a college degree, do not cite data from the school.
LanguagesEnter the language and level of knowledge that has to each.  If basic is better not to relate to.
Other courses
Extracurricular courses of relevance, rather than stating that the entity provided and the date.
Additional informationLived abroad for example.

Finally, the ideal number of pages for a resume is a maximum of ONE or TWO sheets when it comes to someone more experienced.  Opt for the most common source of letters and size 12pt and always black in color.  Do not include photos, final salary, desired salary, reasons for leaving past employment, references, religion, qty of children, whether or not smoking, etc.. This information is part and should submit them only when requested.
